Hi Vicki

I came up blank in finding replacement batteries for your Tablecraft EK7 knife. They used to be for sale but are not available any longer, which makes the knife pretty much worthless once it will no longer recharge no matter how good it used to be. Sorry about that. I am guessing you have a restaurant if you have 20 of them. Time to plan a new purchase I'm afraid for when the batteries give up altogether and leave you with no cordless knives to work with. Once you have a product you love like that it is worth buying a few spare parts for the common things that go wrong in case they get discontinued to extend the life of your equipment.

Hi,

The Tablecraft EK7 has git to be the very best rechargeable electric knife that "was" on the market. We have about 20 that we still use daily, and while the knife performs extremely well and the blades still as sharp as they were when new, the only problem we have is the batteries.... where can we get new rechargeable batteries for these fabulous knives? All the suppliers tell us that Tablecraft discontinued these products some years ago....what a shame as they are terrific... but for the many users like us.... the knife is fine still... but the batteries are past their life.... any help would be much appreciated.... we are in Australia.

Thanks Wilma

Of course, you mean the KitchenAid meat grinder attachment! I know you can also grind vegetables with that. Of course, it means you need a KitchenAid mixer which makes a slice of pumpkin pie quite an extravagance if you don't have one already....If you already have a kitchenAid I'm sure the instruction manuals are on the Kitchen Aid site

Hi Beverly

I don't like pumpkin pie so I've never made it. Anyone know what the best thing is for grinding pumpkins? Which grinder do you have by the way you may get the instructions online if you are lucky?

Hi John

I see from your email address you are in the UK but I think this cordless knife is only available in the USA - sorry about that. However, I think Amazon.com will ship this item to the UK and shipping charges are not too bad - see <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000MV055M?ie=UTF8&tag=weightlossmot-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B000MV055M" rel="nofollow">this page</a> then check out the details on international shipping <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fgp%2Fhelp%2Fcustomer%2Fdisplay.html%3Fie%3DUTF8%26nodeId%3D596184&tag=weightlossmot-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=390957" rel="nofollow">here</a>.
