Of course, you mean the KitchenAid meat grinder attachment!  I know you can also grind vegetables with that. Of course, it means you need a KitchenAid mixer which makes a slice of pumpkin pie quite an extravagance if you don&#039;t have one already....If you already have a kitchenAid I&#039;m sure the instruction manuals are on the Kitchen Aid site
